# Is the SolarXtreme Series dimmable?

SolarXtreme lights are not dimmable due to their direct AC technology. They simply need to be plugged into a 120V AC power source to operate. If users want dimming capabilities and more control over their lighting, they should consider our SolarSystem or SpectraMax series.
