The SolarSystem 1100, 550, and 275 can all be operated with the SolarSystem Controller.
The SolarSystem 275 has some limitations due to its compact size and two-driver system, allowing only 2-channel dimming compared to the 3-channel dimming on the SS550 and SS1100. On the SS275, the white LED diodes are on the same channel with the blue diodes which means the blue channel on the controller will control both the white and blue diodes while the red channel with control the red LED diodes. Making changes on the white channel in the controller will not make any changes on the SS275. Selecting view mode will cause the unit to shut power off to all of its LEDs.
The SolarSystem UVB and SolarXtreme series lights are not compatible with the SolarSystem controller and need an external timer for automatic on/off scheduling. Spectramax series lights can be operated with the SpectraMax controller.
